Whenever possible we collect critique sheets and student comments at the completion of our courses.  Some clients ask their students to fill them out and collect them after we have left, and others use their own proprietary feedback forms, but for those clients who allow us to use our own critique sheets we collect and analyze the data.

 

From a critique standpoint, we realize that these are level 1 evaluations and only represent the feelings of the students at then completion of the class.  However, we do have long-term relationships with many of our clients and have much antidotal evidence that the Tools and Techniques Program does have a significant effect on the organization.
